RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Change of Mind 

Unfortunately, we do not refund or accept returns for change of mind.

2. Damaged or faulty 

If the product you receive is faulty or defective, we will offer a full refund or exchange (including shipping postage costs) provided adequate proof of a fault is provided. We make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Shipping packages may show some wear and tear from delivery. However, if your item(s) are damaged, please contact us by email at info@phosphocandleco.com.au so we can resolve it for you.

3. Incorrect Product 

If you believe that the product you receive is not what you ordered, please notify us by email info@phosphocandleco.com.au. If we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange (including shipping postage costs).

4. General 

We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days from the date the returned goods are received.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit with which the purchase was made, within 2 business days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
