SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed online are generally processed within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Public Holidays. During the lead up to Christmas and or sale periods, additional processing times may apply.

 

Please be patient as your delivery may take longer than normal to arrive. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

 

Domestic Shipping​

Standard Delivery

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 Australia wide.

We ship all products via interparcel and their range of delivery services. We recommend allowing 2-10 business days after dispatch for delivery.

Australia - Express Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $15.95 Australia wide.

Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email at info@phosphocandleco.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Phospho Candle Co is not responsible for any delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Confirmation 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your order upon dispatch of your order so that you can track your parcel.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via email at info@phosphocandleco.com.au. We can only accept cancellations prior to dispatch. Cancellation of a custom or special order will incur a fee.
